So my orthodontist said my maxilla is in the correct position and i have think its flat asf, i have a slight underbite, should i get bimax with a ccw rotation, or just a jaw setback with a ccw rotation. Also will the ccw rotation give me a larger ramus?

Your orthodontist is low iq yes your maxilla is recessed and yes ccw will give you a better ramus and gonial angle.

Yeah ik bro , the x ray photos apparently said my maxilla was in the correct position I was shocked to say the least, hopefully i can get the correct surgery with larping abt my insecurities lol

I dont bro, you should ask a doctor and tell him/her its specifically for aesthetics and they can tell you what midface implants you need or i dont even know if midface implats is a thing, but anyways ask a doctor

It does, if you tilt the maxilla uppwards the mandible also gets ccw rotation which gives you a linger ramus. Loook at any djs result and see for yourself

This is just the perception, though- it doesn’t fix an actual short Ramus, or poor angle.
Basically, it improves visibility.

Yes, "appear". If you are not just recessed, though, but severely underdeveloped in that area, you will need implants alongside the surgery.

Because it’s incredibly expensive, and I didn’t even know I had an underbite until the symptoms finally took me to an orthodontist like 5 years back. I have a diagnosed mild SFS as well, and cartilage resorption in the left TMJ due to the lifelong misalignment.
In Germany, insurance won’t cover it unless you look severely deformed.

Also, Looksmax was completely niche back than. Almost nobody had an idea about Malocclusions.

Ahh right, I know bro im quite lucky, here in england the insurance will cover it if you just larp about insecurities especially for functional and aesthetic ones. Idk if im officially getting surgery yet but hope I do, they sent me a letter and said i have a class III incisor relationship on a class III skeletal base with increased vertical proportions. -1 mm overjet but can achieve edge to edge. Reduced complete overbite. Mandibular deviation to the right hand side. And loads of other confusing shit tbh
