most effective jaw training methods? i’m getting leaner and want a wider jaw to match a decently wide neck. any help?

How much time per day thochew hard foods, particularly meat. hard meat, and tough textures require much stronger masseter connections (the muscle on ur jaw), a longer chewing duration and an overall larger bite force, which results in mechanical strain/tension on ur jaw. but if ur tryna chew gum for it then maybe chew for about an hour 3-4 times a week and if ur jaw ever hurts or is fatigued stop immediately
