Nop, if you are recessed just jet jaw surgery, it will fix the double chin aswell + better breathing

Nope, don't bother from what I've heard. When you get jaw surgery, it'll tighten your skin around your jaw, the fat area is because you have a weaker mandible/chin? so it just kind of hangs down, you should see the before and afters it's amazing how well it tightens up without lipo (if you're low body fat that is).. it'll also potentially remove any nasolabial fold you may have if it's Bimax.
