eyes ONLY if your bone structure is not completly cooked and deformed. Normal bone development complimented with jbw and a great eye area (almond shape, compact, dark thick eyelashes, decent brows, and great eye color) is all u need

nct is not bad unless ur eyes are noticibally super down turned, a nct like elordi or jon Erik Hexum is fine and can even do better than pct given the harmony

don't really matter unless you have a shit ton, a little upper eyelid exposure can look appealing if you have a good eye shape. uee not a issue unless you have a super noticiable downturn of the eye itself not just the canthus alignment

I have a neutral tilt: it looks fine when I'm at a higher bf, but at low bf, it is more noticeable, and low bf mogs, so I need a solution

The eye area cannot be operated on, but a recessed jaw can. So a good eye area will always be better than a good jaw.

No but it's better than most, like yea his eyes carried him but his jaw was still good. A really good jaw with eyes that are decent is the same
