Do jawline trainers actually work to widen your jaw or is it cope

I am 17 so i assume my changes from puberty are done but surely the masseter muscle being bigger can work and make my jawline more pronounced?

Also can using a jawline trainer cause issues w teeth or bone structure?

Yeah every single user uses a jawline trainer bro how do u expect to grow ur jaw without one?? its so obvious

Its not a cope tbh. As modern food is too soft for jaw gains.

Do you do clenching or molar chewing?
I do mouthguard clenching mostly. But I also have jawline trainers. I do mouthguard clenching while in the gym. Clenching helps me rep out 1 extra rep

Do you really think clenching would cause worn down teeth provided you are clenching (not grinding, which involves moving them ontop of each other) I just do it without a mouthguard tbh.

js do it tbh. u prob have good masseter insertions youd never know

Basically, when your teeth are in full contact, the sensory feedback may trigger protective mechanisms that limit the maximum force to prevent damage to the teeth and supporting structures.

Clenching on something other than your own teeth "unlocks" your jaw to exert maximum power, cos if the brain senses teeth on teeth contact it manipulates neuromuscular control and likely limits the neural input for safety reasons.

Possible tbh.

Although maybe you don’t need to clench as hard as possible all day for actual tangible results? As in, during the day, having them activated throughout with a good amount of pressure which you can easily do. Just clench with a good amount go force. And then periods of harder clenching with maximum force, in the gym like he mentioned for example, possibly with a mouthguard. Wouldn’t that be enough?

If u do it with mouthguard it is safe
