Yeah Very Likely, I think you can drop more body fat, and you should definitely shave clean. It’s hard to say whether your maxilla is forward because you didn’t show your eye area. Probably Trimax for the results above, or minimally just a genio with a square chin implant.

Thx the only thing is I'm already very skinny with low body fat so what else could I do cos I think the skin is naturally there.

Yeah your maxilla is flat, genio wouldn’t be enough, settling on a bimax or trimax and maybe some browridge work aswell, in a perfect and affordable world you would get everything but realistically just bimax. The skin is apart of the hyoid bone and when the bone is low from down growth, you have a lot of leftover loose skin, which wouod be tightened through forward growth and jaw size

Okay thx will bimax improve maxilla? I wanna look natural so dk about any implants but r u saying I just need bimax/trimax. Or is there anything else that ideally I should get if I could

Yes bimax will improve maxilla, you could get chin filler temporarily, minor but makes a difference. I wouldn’t mess with anyhtijg else until you’ve made decent progress.

Just PRP treatments and fat grafts, but my morphs are good
