Paul Cabannes is most likely an ex-locationcel that moved to Brazil. He is now married, got kids, and now is quite famous in the country, with over 500k subs.
The video is a stand-up comedy show that he did before, in which a girl asked:
"My (guy) friend lives in Paris and wants to win the heart of a French lady he likes. What are your tips?"
Paul answered:
"Give up. I lived 25 years there and I know what I'm talking about."
Obviously, he did it trying to sound ironic, but deep down, he surely knows that all he achieved in life is due to being a white guy.
JBW is the most legit thing ever, and in my opinion, lots of it comes from the halo of being a Westerner.
