I’m seeing a lot of people on here feeling hopeless like they can’t self improve. My question is do you think working out is important? Do you personally work out? If you don’t why not?

i used to do it for 1 years and half but when i saw high body fat 5'8 chad and how girls killed for him, that was the moment i understood its all about the face and stopped working out.

Ok. But you do realize that testosterone during developing years influencers your facial structure? Also promotes human growth hormone for height development. So essentially if you didn’t work out while going through puberty there’s a possibility that you missed out on a human growth hormone boost.

Would it be accurate that you would disregard any scientific and medical data that proves otherwise? Including epigenetics. I’m actually going to have a geneticist on my LIVE in the coming weeks.

No he does prenatal testosterone helps. But that’s not the only factor. Where he mouth breathed, chewed hard food, also significantly influences your development. Using one example is not evidence enough. We have to use actual controlled studies.

Evidence on the contrary also exists, It really comes down to mostly genetics and exposure to androgens in the womb with strong genetics trumping nutrition.

Would only eat junk food, never played sports after age 10 when he wasn't allowed to due to his epilepsy. As a bonus he was also a mouthbreather. Grew to 6'2 massive frame
Has more bone in his face than most people in this forum have in their whole body.

Androgen exposure, determine dick size and other dimorphic features that get amplified and shown by testosterone exposure during puberty. Not enough studies about this matter though but yes Prenatal Testosterone is quite literally what makes a face manly and dimorphic and it's why FTM could be juiced on literal bodybuilder t levels but they won't be growing browridges and other shit because of it.

More androgen exposure = more dimorphic stronger features, high fwhr, wide face etc.

Evidence for both sides exist, i'm merely pointing out observations and making my own conclusions to what I think: most of it really comes down to genetics, even androgen receptors come down to it areas with higher androgen receptors may be more dimorphic. Obesity could increase estrogen but famous models and stars like:

David Gandy who was fat and bullied throughout teen years still became a terachad, he does not have a singular picture of his teen years probably because of embarassment

Again i think genetics still matter a lot even for growing a jaw, how much does your jawbone grow and react to chewing shit is dependent on genetics, how do you react to androgen receptors making your face dimorphic aka widen the jaw, how are the androgen receptors are located.

That's where ill give in and say environment matters but not as much as you think.

Oh yeah for sure, I don't deny environmental. My opinion on environment is having an estrogen free environment and getting protein in during your growth years, proper nutrition and less estrogen rather than mewing and tongue posture.

Mouth breathing yeah I don't deny it either, some people don't get affected by it like Richard Ramirez but general consensus is that it's real

Yes. It’s actually considered an epidemic right now. Because of the post industry movement. If you know my Tik Tok. I’m currently talking with dentists and doctors about this. Check out how much mouth breathing can change a face over time. I have government back studies if you need to read.

Yes, working out is crucial and incredibly beneficial aesthetic wise and health wise. I’d say most people here share the same consensus and those who don’t are generally the type of people you wouldn’t want to be arguing with anyway.

Working out matters inb4 copers say otherwise.
I think working out in my teens aided in my facial development even though I was borderline dying at one point.

I'm 6'7" and didn't play a single sport until I grew to 6'7" (which was when I was 14). I think it's entirely genetics. I also have a very low appetite so I ate less than 2000 calories per day. I need to take MK677 just to eat enough during my bulks.

Working out is crucial for appeal though. I looked like a twig and very gangly when I was skinny but now look intimidating.

Just because something is the current medical understanding doesn't mean it's true, especially when it's all based on pure speculation. Out of all the tall people I've met, none of them have done anything differently. You can't use diet or environment as almost everyone in developed countries has an adequate diet and environment.

It's easy to take someone who's medically malnourished or has a pituitary gland condition and use them as an example of why height isn't fully genetic, but the vast majority of people don't fall into those groups. Therefore, in a first world country, height is entirely genetic with the exception of some medical conditions.

You’re right. Even though I was skinny fat as a teen, never played sports or lifted weights, jacked off constantly through puberty, genetics saved my ass

Now at age 25 im doing my best to reverse the damage done.

Not really much else to do besides lifting tbh, you have 99th percentile height and dick size which most people would dream to have.

I’d rather have the face of Broderick hunter & be slightly shorter tbh. My dad has a great eye area but genetic recombination gave me my mothers prey eyes :feelswhy:

and to answer your question i do high intensity intermittent bike sprinting but most of my T increase comes from nofap, sun exposure, proper diet, icing my balls, and wim hof breathing to lower cortisol, pls reccomend more things

Nofap was scientifically proven to increase testosterone after the 8th day but unfortunately no matter what levels went back down to normal. Porn addiction is something else though. Be careful not wearing sunscreen during sun exposure. It can lead to significant aging. Wim Hof breathing is great. Meditation can lower cortisol levels and garlic can help manage levels as well. Icing balls increases sperm level but there’s little to no research supporting it increasing testosterone. Sperm and testosterone are not the same.
