What do you mean by that? Hair can feminize or masculinize a face. Long hair on an androgynous face can make it look weigh on the feminine side. However if the person has masculine features like Jason Momoa you face can still look masculine.

when you made his neck wider you also made his jaw wider and thats what made the biggest difference in the final result. Also the darkening eyebrows are very important here.
