Height is increased by Human Growth Hormone. Which can be increased through daily habits. According to the CDC height is 80% genetics 🧬 and 20% environmental.

Things like strength training, proper sleep and nutrition heavily influence it. Growth could be stunted if any of these three options are not followed through.

Do you feel you did everything you could during puberty to increase height?

you are retarded. Sure height is partially environmental, but most of it is genetics. You could eat nothing and be sleep deprived but still outgrow all your peers because muh genetics

only thing I regret not doing is starting hgh earlier

So you don’t agree with the medical industry that it heavily can influence 20% of your height?

Which 20% of 6ft (72 inch) is 4.8 inch. So instead of 6 ft. Due to poor habits it could leave you 5’8.

The only thing that is going to stunt your growth is being obese as a child, leading to increased aromatization into estrogen and as a result faster epiphyseal growth plate closure.

Any other mechanism is retarded.

Environment =/= habit, getting enough nutrition, not being obese, and avoiding highly toxic materials like lead is literally all you need to due to not stunt your genetic growth potential

It’s incredibly hard to stunt your growth.

If I recall correctly, one study mentioned clinically malnourished children (like the ones you see starving in Africa) didn’t experience much stunted growth once they received enough food again, their bodies made up for the lack of vertical growth by growing more in a shorter time span.

The odds of you signficantly stunting your growth if you’re not severely malnourished or extremely unhealthy is very low. Maybe like 0.5 inches.

Yes, literally the only thing would be being obese, which leads to increased estrogen.

Can you link the data that you drawing your conclusion from. Because the medical and scientific community is saying something else.

Why are you so stupid? Your study specifically talks about sleep apnea, not "bad sleep".

Even then giga chads who were fat like drago, gandy and cavill exist so who the fuck knows man. This gay earth is just a fiddle of genetics :feelswhy:

Who the fuck knows, I have literal midget parents at 5'5-5'0

I'm 5'10-5'11 similar height to my grandpa maybe an inch shorter
My older brother is 5'7-5'8
And my younger brother is predicted to reach 6'1
Could be food, could be genetics. Probably the latter

Yes. A lot of teens suffer from sleep apnea. Not only that quality of sleep ruins your human growth hormone. You might not be short. But you might not be as tall as you could of been.

We need to stop calling everything genetics. Until people have a full understanding how genetics work. Not only that Epigentics is a real thing. Which could make you have a completely different quality of life.

The number is something like 1 in 20, probably even lower for the severiry in the study that you linked. You're focusing way too much on growth hormone, I also don't know why you're linking me an article instead of a study, but w/e

You're literally the guy that reads the abstract or title of a study, and doesn't go any further, then uses that as an argument.

Essentially, stunted growth is usually primarily attributed to a diet that has a lack of vital nutrients beside pure caloric intake. Additionally, a diet should meet the minimum requirements in terms of frequency and diversity in order to prevent undernutrition but this isn’t an issue to 9/10 people living in developed or relatively developed countries.

It’s also usually primarily attributed to recurrent infections, such as diarrhea and helminthiasis, in early childhood and even before birth, due to malnutrition during fetal development brought on by a malnourished mother. Which again, isn’t relevant to most people living in developed countries because it’s extremely uncommon.

Of course primarily doesn’t mean exclusively, significant stunted growth can be attributed to other factors but they’re just a lot less likely, especially for users here.

Nowhere, absolutely nowhere have I read you’ll be stunting your growth to a significant extent by not eating all your vegetables during your meals, not sleeping 8 hours every night throughout development and/or not exercising every other day. Which is what your thread seems to be implying.

If you’re a normal kid, with a relatively varied diet (not eating the same shit every day, all year) with enough vital nutrients, minimum caloric intake and you’re not plagued by chronic illness, you’ll be fine. You don’t have to worry about having stunted your growth to a significant extent because you slept late throughout puberty like most did.

I haven’t read the study you linked extensively but from what I did read, the children suffered from (severe) obstructive sleep apnea syndrome which affects about 1% to 10% of children, the majority having mild symptoms and outgrowing them.

Do you not agree one and 20 is not ideal at all. Also Dr.Brian on Tik Tok agreed with a lot of what I’ve been putting out. On top of that I’ve been working along side with dentists and doctors that I’m bringing as Co-host on my LIVES with in the next couple of weeks. I find it important that you hear from an actual dentists and an actual geneticist. Rather than just my research. 😂 The “article” I gave you was a simplified version of half the government backed data.

We are learning more and more how sleep effects our growth. In the next 10 years we should have an even better idea.

Here’s another source published on the US Government data base

I believe i have sleep apnea

LOLOL BRO I FOLLOW YOU ON TIKTOK

Also I’m confident I had sleep apnea as a kid and I could been 6’4, I’m the shortest of all my brothers

Are HGH giants going to recieve side impacts in the future or are they going to save their ass from their shitty genetics permanently and act as natural tall guys?

"OSAS impairs growth and development. Significant growth recovery occurs after T&A" contradicted urself. Your body will grown until x, if it not its because something is lacking, and if you resolve that ur body you recompensate.
