Nah, chances of any kind of injury with dickmaxxing are low (but they still exist). A lot of people who dickmax have experienced improvement in erection quality etc. Also if you have shit erections you can do kegel exercises and Angion method (never tried this one but from what people say it improves erections and makes veins on dick bigger).
