i dont think so i've had facial hair at 14 and haven't grown since 15(so early bloomer) with like a 5.5 inch at 15 so my DHT probably didn't spike I was jelqing on and off for about a year and a half and that was when I noticed changes but then again correlation may not always be causation still worth doing but penis stretchers are defo legit
