This guy has swollen lymph nodes, his lymphatic drainage is fucked.
You can clearly see that the actual site of application is under the neck as its abnormally swollen due to using synthetic fragrances, different types of poison mix daily. You can see his upper face is leaner than lower and his body is pretty lean too, the areas that are most prone to these types of swelling are usually more sensitive areas like lower jaw, midface and eyes. Same logic as an allergic reaction
