I don't. But I do road cycling and I spend a lot of hours with heavy UV in my eyes and while I don't think my prescription has changed I can confirm that your eyes do get sore, you have this very dehydrated feeling, not good.

I remember staring at the orange sun ball during sunset on drives home several times when I was a little kid. Once when there was a semi-eclipse at midday where all you could see was the crescent of the moon over the sun if you squinted really hard I stared at it, and got my sister to as well, and she and I are the only ones in the family who ever ended up needing glasses. But apparently there are also Indian monk freaks who stare at the sun and they seem to have no issues.
