"Kashrut is the body of Jewish law dealing with what foods can and cannot be eaten and how those foods must be prepared." Its like the jew version of halal. Rabbis will work with grocery stores to mark foods as 'kosher' so the jews will know which foods they are able to eat. The kosher foods arent a style of cooking so they wont be any different than the foods youre used to aside from what it contains. So why buy the same goyslop tacos when you can buy premium jewish tacos? Idk why but theyre really strict about keeping dairy and meat separately. I think I remember one of my family members saying that I shouldnt drink milk with meat(I always used to drink milk with every meal as a kid), something to do with digestion ig. Cause people say that kosher foods helps digestion.
