First meal
5 Eggs Cooked with butter in steel pan ( fuck the teflon)
Half of a big ass dragonfruit
300 ml raw milk with honey

Second meal:
200 grams of beef liver cooked with olive oil
230 grams of chicken tendorloin cooked w olive oil
2 bananas with honey again

Snack: Homemade protein shake ( 3 raw eggs,200 grams of high fat cottage cheese,%100 cacao)
Watermelon sometimes

Third meal:
I usually eat tuna and 3 boiled eggs but nowadays nothing
