Jews, Asians and Indians only hire from their own community

People are afraid to admit that what really separates America from China is the vibrant glamorous culture.

And also afraid to admit that SoCal is more responsible for crafting the positive global image of America than New York.

Without my state, America is just another giant corporate profit nation.
My friend tells me to find myself a Jennifer or Katy asap for the green card because that is what he did. Married a desperate junkie foid for green card and divorced her within 2 years. I dont think I have the heart to do someone like that tho. That is evil.

Yes it's very true.

I've seen it often here in UK over the years. I would say it's the same for the Muslim communities.

Even if it's not hiring for a business, minority parents are very generous with money and lump sums.

Contrary to that, a white is like an island. What's worse, is white boomer parents have an if you can't make it on your own then tough luck attitude.

I am going to meet a billionaire soon probably by the end of this month

Could be a real opportunity. The real value of so many businesses really comes from their connections.

Take the IT company as case in point. The workforce is ultimately expendable and can be replaced with cheap foreign labor from India that will work at a fraction of their wages.

Building and maintaining a clientele is far more difficult in the other hand.

Just kick them to the curb after they turn 18 and then complain when they live like hobos theory.

That's not really an option in SoCal.

Girls here don't want to take care of anyone, only the reverse.

Because London finance is ultimately results oriented. To work as a high paying Quant, firms exclusively hire graduates from Oxford and Imperial.

She didnt like him either. The marriage was basically a contract marriage than a real one. Literally doomed from the start. He hated her and she hated him

Both have their benefits. Very different cultures - America even within itself.

Ofc I would rather be in America than China. It's just so much better to be a worker and have decent freedoms than in a commie cuck country.

But there is no denying that Chinese authoritarianism has led to material progress even at the expense of the freedom's of their own people. America tries both - work dwell in the 20th century. Not sure about the 21st.

Perhaps but I honestly believe in the financial world if you have skills, they will hire you regardless of race. It’s bottom line and very cut throat.

My uncle got into the USA via a sham marriage back in the 1980s. Probably not possible anymore. Bought over his entire family in the next couple of decades.

Except my mother who passportmaxxed with my dad in the UK πŸ˜•

Tbh ethnics need a little bit of this white attitude if they want to progress. While whites need a bit of ethnic culture if they want to survive.

Not at all and this applies to society in general. As long as someone meets the average level and in some instaces a below average level (hired by a family member,) they will succeed over a more talented and intelligent individual who's considered ideologically undesirable.

I dont want to do shit like that. I want to come to the U.S as a gentleman with a clean record. My self respect and integrity is too high for me to try these cheap gutter tier tactics. It will bring dishonor to my family.

You can try the easy way or hard way. The choice is yours. But the outcome is the same. The harder way is more respectable but if I was living in any ethnic shithole I would try to leave ASAP as well.

Well in finance, the only real ideology is making money. The recruitment pool is incredibly small. Like in Quant, if you’re not Oxford or Cambridge, your application is discarded for the top investment funds.

Try applying to a work for a private equity company with an average degree from a dead average college and see what happens.

To be clear, I’m not denying that nepotism and favoritism occurs but I think it’s pretty minimal compared to other sectors.

I wonder if I could transition into a high finance role in the future. I like the idea of it but I am not willing to spend the money for an MBA from a Top B school. I mean I could. My dad has already told me I should do an MBA and he will pay for it entirely but I know it will burden them. $300,000 for a degree doesnt seen right @SecularIslamist

Whilst this is undeniably true, it's often blown out of proportion. Keep in mind, England as a whole is very localist; it's just that foreigners are more localist and when they see themselves in these sort of positions, they immediately have this affinity to one another. Meritocracy doesn't exist to them, almost. Or at least until you pass their localist tests.

Depends on the current options that are available to you.

A business degree from a top college would undeniably help with top recruiters who are very prestige oriented.

It’s not an easy decision and 300K sounds absolutely ridiculous. It would have to be treated as an investment of course.

Yeah that is how much it costs for a MBA with tuition fees, living expenses and all that.

Criticize Israel and it doesnt matter how talented someone may be, they won't even make it into Oxford let alone the financial world.

If the person has a buddy or family member who works there, he'll be more likely to get the job over a top candidate who is nameless.

Why would I be political at a college or work interview/environment? It’s not part of work culture to be political, regardless of views.
If the person has a buddy or family member who works there, he'll get in.
Granted this can happen but very few have these kind of connections to leverage, especially in bottom line highly competitive financial firms.

Financial corporations care more about turning a profit and finding the best people possible is the best means of achieving this.

University is primarily about gaining meaningful social connections that will open doors for you when you graduate.

Bullshit. The Jews forsake pure fiancial gains for the pursuit of their ideological goal. The ethnocentric policies in Israel prevent pure meritocratic gains because they value group cohesion more than pure gain.

Criticize Israel, normie, I dare you.

Jews, Asians and Indians only hire from their own community. I have noticed this myself. All of them do nepotism and only hire their family members or people from their own community. In some cases there's internal favoritism in between themselves too. Like they only hire specifically Chinese guys or Tamil guys etc. I am not completely against it. Obviously for CXO positions with the job of coordinating stuff and having access to company secrets need to be people they can trust but they could still give the lower level employees a chance but they generally don't. Around Seattle, I've seen entire teams made up of people from the same family or community. It's kind of wild.
true and whites are starting to notice it expect more distrust and tensions in the future
