IQ varies from individuals therfore it’s not a stretch to say it varies by race but it’s more accurate to say it varies by ethnicty more than race. A tribe from South Africa will have a different IQ to a tribe from Senegal for example

That link is down, so I can't view it, but the title sounded like complete bullshit so I looked up the study and found that it is basically bullshit. The sample size of this 'study' is literally one pair of twins and the reason the Korean American had a much lower IQ was because 'The sister who grew up in the United States suffered three concussions throughout her life, which can significantly impact cognitive capacity.' No shit that is gonna adversely affect your IQ. The reality is that apart from extreme environmental circumstances like concussions or nutrition deficiencies, IQ is overwhelmingly genetic.
