Warning: This routine uses a lot of force on your mouth and jaw. Forcing your jaw can cause TMJ this aint for the weak lil boiHere’s the image of what should be happening; and by the way I invented this in dec 2022. It was a poor worse version but still. **Each section of this image represents each step don’t be dumb.**
——————————-
Step 1: Set the Position
- Open Wide: Open your mouth wide.
Then push the root of your tongue on the roof if your mouth (try to get it as far back as you can) keep the back (root) pressed as hard as you can while also having downward force on your jaw keeping it open as seen in the first image.
- Next Stick/jutt your Jaw Forward: Push your lower jaw slightly forward (a "jutted" position).
*FORCE in Two Directions: You are pushing your tongue UP as hard as you can while holding your mouth OPEN. KEEP THIS FORCE!!*
Step 2: Jaw; Squeeze Shut
- Close Against Resistance: Keep pushing your tongue up against the roof of your mouth engaged and KEEP your jaw forward while you squeeze your mouth almost shut in a slow hard controlled motion (no teeth touch). Keep every single force intact while the jaw slowly and aggressively moves up to a premature closing.
*****!important: Dont actually fully close it because it will break tension. Leave some space between the teeth ****
* Feel the Cushion: Your tongue acts like a squishy cushion resisting your teeth and jaw as you bite down.*
Step 3: Open and Repeat
- Snap Open: Quickly drop your jaw back open into the wide position. While keeping jutting force and now slightly downward force, get ready to do it all again but this time as fast and hard as possible (while still engaging the tongue as hard as possible on the roof of your mouth!!!!)
*REMEMBER!! Don't Drop the Tongue: Keep your tongue stuck to the roof of your mouth and fully engaged the entire time—even while opening!!*
Said it twice. On hexum
—closing—-
Do Reps!!: Repeat opening and closing rapidly while keeping the tongue glued upward until your muscle and jaw engagement starts fading no matter the effort. Then do it all over again. I do over like 5 thousand reps a day No map (max cap). Rest and reset if you feel a sharp burn or pain (that you can’t handle).
