The tanner stages are everything. Little opened growth plates do not mean shit tbh, only wide opened growth plates. My friend did not grow in 2 years and the doctor said his growth plates are still a bit open but he will not grow anymore for sure tbh. If you have a full beard there is no chance for you to grow anymore, if you have a deep voice and have grown less than 2cm in the last year you will also barely grow anymore

Pure lifefuel for me tbh, ive grown like 6 cm in the last year

I'm 5'8/5'9 at 16

Both brothers reached 5'11.

Idk I grew 2cm from 18-19 and maybe like 0,5cm from 19 to now (I was extreme latebloomer reached puberty at 16). I don't think mk667 will do much and you will probably not grow past 5'10
