No I believe you. 165 is pretty good, but you should aim for 185-200 pounds and 17” arms at about 13-14% body fat (your neck is pretty good!). Only then you can officially call yourself gymmaxxed.5'9" ~165lbs in that pic.
I mostly do compound lifts though and focus on strength. Arms were only 14.25" and neck is 17".

So many cool (and diffcult) variations you can litteraly be learning new stuff your entire life, emphasis on weight/strength ratio so you'll not only be lean forever but the heavier you are the more muscle you'll pack while keeping perfect proportions and you're not paying a gym membership, your body is enough for most of it.

After 3 or even 2 years, you can't make "big changes" in size AND strength anymore unless you go on roids. Your body and strength can't just continuously get newbie gains for several years. Thats not how it works.
Even if it doesn't get you sex with women (which it often does help with) the benefits outweigh any issues whatsoever. Getting more respect by other men and being able to beat the fuck out of punks who try to test you and you feel more energetic.
