It’s been 9 days since my first injection and I’m ngl sema makes leanmaxxing hilariously easy, outside of the constant throwing up for the first 2 days :lul::lul:

On 0.25 I’ve gone from around 78kg to 71kg (172 to 156 lbs), bearing in mind I did no exercise, barely left my bed and whenever I was able to force myself to eat I solely consumed goyslop

When I came home to visit yesterday the first thing my mum commented on was that it looks like I’ve lost a lot of weight and that I look like a model (she doesn’t realise I’m sub5 💔) and I completely physique mogged my older brother who’s been gymcelling extra hard these past few months just because of how lean I am

The vomiting and nausea at the start was admittedly pretty bad, but so long as you aren’t squeamish you get used to it (Jfl at me throwing up so much it became part of my routine)

I could’ve had such violent sides bc I messed up the dosage but I highly doubt I did, and if I were to do more injections the sides would disappear eventually anyways

It’s tempting to inject it again since my hollows still only show up in favourable lighting but I won’t, mainly because I don’t want to become too lean too quick and end up looking like a 70 year old

Besides even if I did want to inject one more time I threw my sema away for good after the first night :forcedsmile:

If you’re chubby start injecting sema ASAP boyo

I wouldn’t eat slop bro. Just eat something like greek yogurt and apple. Just to get some decent protein and nutrients in boyo.

I didn't use any PEDS either and did go to thr gym (only weight lifting, no cardio) and found losing weight be be incredibly easy also. Just stick to high protein lower carb and lower fat diet. I did eat the same meals almost every day, but it just takes some consistency.

I know its water but some people will still refuse to hop on it

In fact everyone should consider semaglutide, I was already fairly lean and as I said the results are great

Nah in no world just get sema for 3-4 weeks Im sure its enough if you cut calories very hard.
There’s many sides to both clen and sema but clen will work better imo

you can eat like usual and lose 500g fat everyday with dnp just avoid carbs
I’ve never understand that. 500g of fat is a deficit of 4500 kcal given its only fat so maybe more like 5000-5500kcal muscle included.
If you eat only 1500kcal it means its 7000kcal out it just isn’t coherent with the data on dnp which increases tdee by 25-50%

Ive tried clen multiple times this shit makes you feel really bad at moderate doses. Heart feels bad insomnia. And the problem is all of thag for 10% increases in TDEE. The insomnia making you tired mixed with the stress hormones makes you more susceptible to binge and there is a huge rebound to the appetite suppressant effects.
Do you know if there is a rebound with sema ?
(I know sema is kinda bad too but in my opinion at least you lose weight faster than adding 1hour of moderate cardio, which you ll have trouble doing on clen due to heart racing)

Studies show that with each 100mg of dnp you increase tdee by 10% how the fuck can you burn 7000kcal that’s litterally what an athlete of 6ft3 burn by training 10hours a day

I probably did lose muscle but i didn’t lose much if i did (black genetics hallelujah) either way I look infinitely more defined than before
