Taking out 40,000-60,000 dollars in loans to go to college just to be an incel while you could have used that money for all your dream surgeries. The College American Dream is a scam. I literally saw a recent grad at my university working for 14 AN HOUR.

Better off going to community college and IT maxing and coupling that with certificates and making six figures instead of getting a cuck liberal arts degree.

Okay but how does that affect me in any way?
Not my problem

Bro I think these days the IT/certificate stuff is really oversaturated.
I got a friend who went that path and best job he could get was a minimum wage IT work from home position

College is 100% worth it IF you have a plan.
For example:

2 years community college studying computer science
Get good grades then transfer somewhere with a good CS program like University of Washington
Do at least 1 internship and 2 side projects
Graduate with a decent GPA

Boom, enjoy your $120k starting job out of college :feelsez:

Its giga oversaturated in Europe, coding is on the level of blue collar positions here with pretty shit pay. Apparently it's a good career in US though.

No bro i think we in the US have reached that point too.
Pretty much every, zoomer studied coding, plus they immigrate millions of curries and Asians to do coding jobs too.
I'd be surprised if someone can get an over 50k a year job from coding noe

There are a lot of coders but there are not many GOOD coders that's what I heard from my cscel friends. I have no idea about cs

That's not starting if internship is not paid as much (it isn't) and this only works for Americans I guess. If you are a eurocuck like me the best solution is to rope

I'm not sure about Europe but in America it's one of the highest paying and fastest growing fields. JFL people permanently say STEM jobs are "in a bubble" and shit like that as cope for not doing STEM. STEM is the best option if you aren't at an Ivy League. Internships usually give return offers if you were decent, MANGA internships lead to a 6 figure starting job if they give a return off. And even if you don't get those, just get 2 years experience and grind LeetCode and you can switch to a 6 fig job.

I think it's more so a problem that these college kids that learn coding never get the chance to advance to where they can use it professionally.
For example if your a codingcel who just got out of college and you apply for a job. You are going to have to complete those coding quizzes they give every time you apply for a job.
And if your someone with no work experience in the field, you won't be able to pass those tests.
So unless someone can get an internship, they are gonna be completely locked out of getting a job, and advancing their skills
