Ive been drinking 50grams protein worth of egg whites every day for 2 days and my farts and shits smell abysmally fucking terrible. They smell like a dumpster in mexico in the middle of the summer that the cartel dumped 10 dead bodies in and 10 tourists had tap water diarrheas in. Might have to stick to protein powder, my farts aint bad from protein powder
