So having multiple teeth removed at 14 caused me to have a long and wide nose with a bulbous tip? I think it's genetics, a mixture of my dads wide nose and my mothers long nose. Just bad luck. I do have recessed maxilla but for the most part i don't think it's had a huge effect on the length or width.
