The first time I got anesthesia I woke up and asked my mom if the surgery went well, what time it was, etc.

Then I went back to sleep and when I woke up I forgot that I had woken up earlier and asked the same questions again. This happened 5 times in a row.

I only remember doing it the last time.

But the second time that I got general anesthesia for my jaw surgery, I wasn’t told by the nurses that I did anything weird.

I had widsom tooth surgery done which is similar to face surgery anesthesia and it's not bad at all, especially as an adult you still have control of most your thoughts
