The 4 or 5 day routine is only useful to roidcels because roids halve your recovery time meaning you can work out next day just fine. Bodybuilders of the golden era (1940s-1960s) all trainee THREE times per week and mog most bodybuilders of today.
Twice a week is more than enough to get to 95% of what a 5 day a week lifter gets

I "lift" everyday, but tbh, I don't think I do enough on any single day. It's probably bad, but it's also easier. Energises you a bit too.

You want to think more is better so you can have something to do every day thinking “yes I’m ascending’’ but in reality the guy who just goes twice a week and lifts heavy and hard for 45 minutes will get the same as you, meanwhile he has more time to dedicate to social maxxing and surgery maxxing while you’re stuck lifting pieces of metal for 1.5 hours 5 days a week. You'll need 10-20min of training to put a muscle group in a state of fatigue which will make it grow. 45-60min of a workout session means you'll workout 3 muscle groups at most. If you do only two workouts a week that means you're only working out 6 muscle groups


Shoulder, traps, back, glutes, quads, calves, biceps, triceps, forearm, chest, abs, obliques, cuff rotator, neck

That's 14!

You'll have to leave 8 muscle groups without working out, and you'll only get to workout the same muscle groups ONE WEEK LATER, 4 DAYS after they've already been FULLY RECOVERED.



Make everyone a favor and SHUT THE FUCK UP!

BBs of the golden era used to train twice per day or every single day of the week, coming from the mouth of Arnold, Fran Zane, and countless others, you just don't know what you are talking about it seems.
It is true that you got to train as much as you can but not too much, that's why you keep a log of your lifts and your progress and try different things to see what works best for you.

I balance it with mma, work and school and a social life

If I can do that you guys definitely have no excuse
