he barely had a mandible before there's only so much you can do, he had 20mm bsso, should he have gotten 40mm or smth? unrealistic but I think it would have been better if he got imdo first but not many do that

A genioplasty would also of helped.

Seems to be an IMDO canidate to get extreme advancements.
