They literally fucked half of Europe's economies with the euro because they stripped them of independent monetary policy but libtards don't care because the politicians all jerk off in a room together making unrealistic goals about climate changeCorrect

low iqAlso, the plan in the EU is to slowly abolish physical currency all together, and have everything digitalized. Which will obviously result in COMPLETE AND TOTAL DOMINATION from those in power, over us peasants.
It's fucking over for us, when our overlords know EVERY SINGLE transaction we ever make in our lives. Everything we spend our money on.
JFL at how little privacy we are going to be left with once these things get put into place. (and they are on their way).
Apocalypse is coming. Normie sheeple are unaware. Physical currency is ABSOLUTELY VITAL in maintaining privacy.
If you don't realize that, you are a fucking retard.
But the un is far more reasonable and seems to do more good (at least from my perspective)It was just a kneejerk reaction to hitler, just like the un

Europe is extremely pro privacy, seriously some of the laws are ridiculous.

Europe is all about centralized control, and having all information of it's citizens in public databases. Accessible by all member states.
JFL at how brainwashed you are to believe otherwise. EU is planning to slowly ban physical currencies and you are talking about how much in favor of privacy they are

Calculated short term loss for long term gainUk is absolutely fucked rn lol
But the rest I agree as the EU is an franko-German colony

this ''retard'' admits he isn't very knowledgeable about a specific subject and to judge his take with a grain of salt. What's wrong with that?>Retard watched a YouTube video and believes he is an expert despite having never heard of gdpr or pii
Brexit was the best decision the UK made since the Magna cartaThe UK did a brain-dead move post-humorously driven by boomers. Brexit was the dumbest shit that has ever been done in this country's modern history. All it's done so far is make imports more expensive and given us blue passports.
The argument about 'taking control' of our boarders is stupid. The UK benefits from immigration, and the UK already had control over its boarders. To be fair, if something as simple as looks mattering is lost on the general public, this is hardly a surprising outcome and democracy can't work.
low iqthis ''retard'' admits he isn't very knowledgeable about a specific subject and to judge his take with a grain of salt. What's wrong with that?
Because you know, you can't be an expert in everything. You fucking idiot.
Justy like a physics professor doesn't know jack shit about shit outside of his very specialized area of knowledge.
Says more about you that you just have to dump random terms like 'gdpr' or 'pii' like I am supposed to know or give a fuck about what you mean.
Because YOU CANT EXPLAIN YOURSELF. You aren't knowledgeable yourself.
The best way you know when someone doesn't know a single fuck about what he's talking about, is when he is going to tell you to:
1) go watch this long-ass video
2) go read this book
3) starts talking in technical language, jargon, like you do.
and probably some other bs too.
If you were knowledgeable, you would be able to explain what you are trying to say very easily.

I am pro immigration and I hate the eulmao the only reason y'all hate the EU is cuz they force you guys to accept immigrants
But I agree with the premise so I think it does good"Might is right"

Yeah your use of technic jargon is exactly why I know you are talking shit and you have no clue what you are talking about. I can't take you seriously at all.for acronyms "technic.jargon"

Yeah your use of technic jargon is exactly why I know you are talking shit and you have no clue what you are talking about. I can't take you seriously at all.
I am a master in physics, there's a shit-ton of technic jargon here. In the papers that I am writing and the papers that I am reading.
But it is used because people experienced in the field, don't want to read the explanation/definition of the jargon for the 8934th time. They already know what we're talking about.
Jargon is NOT used to pretend to be a smart-ass like you. To tell people to use google.
Nah you idiot. This jargon could easily be explained in 1-2 sentences, but you barely know what you are even talking about, so you can't. You prefer to act smart and tough, hiding behind your jargon. Pretending to be some specialist.
In reality: Nobody cares about your jargon, nobody respects you knowing some random abbreviation. Not in the world of physics, and nowhere else. Keep coping.

Again, I am just a morron that read a couple articles online and has a basic understanding. I am not an economist, I am just a worried citizen with a big brain, so to speak.Ok I'll explain in simple terms
GDPR is big data protection law (toughest in world). Make it so have to be very careful handling pii (personally identifiable information) or big fines and punishment

Digital fiat currencies wouldn't be more traceable than current bank transactions. The purpose is that governments can issue monetary policy to citizens more directly without having to go through the banking system. Plus, CBDCs complement cryptocurrencies which have privacy coin options.Again, I am just a morron that read a couple articles online and has a basic understanding. I am not an economist, I am just a worried citizen with a big brain, so to speak.
But the way I perceive modern turmoil around privacy is that the european union wants to keep data from EU citizens, within the EU. And since most social-media companies are US-based, this is a major investment concern from those US companies. So therefore it's a political concern.
From what I've googled in a couple of minutes about the GDPR, it seems like a very good thing.
But from what I have googled, what I have read about, what I have seen, about the EU implementation of the 'digital euro', it seems like a massive step into the wrong direction.
The abandonment of a physical currency, makes privacy impossible. It's one of the greatest threats we face as a society right now.
And yes, I am a drug-user. I use MDMA, ketamine and mephedrone, which are illegal in dutch law. And I want to avoid being sentenced for it.
But I have seen many people which try to avoid dutch tax-laws in other ways, and most people don't realize how their data, their user information, their privacy, is important, until the government decides that this one thing is illegal. This one thing they always did, suddenly it's illegal.
The lack of privacy, immediately points to a dictatorship for me.
One example: People could say nowadays how brutal it is that 100 years ago, it was illegal to be gay in xx country. And how you could get punished for it.
But the fact is that, 100 years ago, the chance that you would be 'discovered' as a gay, was basically nihil, zero. Being gay could get you hanged on a cross, tortured, but as long as you werent 'discovered', you werent punished. And the methods of discovery didnt go very far. You had a good chance of being gay and surviving.
These things are completely different in a time where we have all our monetary transactions monitored. It's absolutely insane how little privacy we have in such scenario.
There should be MASSIVE REVOLTS FOR PRIVACY in the EU, knowing what I know, about how privacy is being decimated. But people are being brainwashed to care about other ideas which aren't all that relevant.
I'm speaking from personal experience, we have to deal with these strict as fuck privacy laws where I worknot to patronize you as a lawyer who knows this bureaucratic garbage act by heart, but ... hahaha
i have sensitive personal data of like 40% of citizens in my town, all i have to do take advantage of it is to think of a convoluted enough way to utilize it
@MoggerGaston is right in one thing, you're using jargon and superficial factoids in your argumentation, without any actual in-depth knowledge about the topics you're discussing. even when you're not blatantly trolling.
