My friend took this for me at training and i can't stop thinking of how shit is my neck and head posture, what can i do for that and does "posture correctors" work for head and neck postures too or only back.

I didnt fix my posture when I was still growing and now it seems like my spine has grown so curved, that all the training and posture exercises can't really fix it anymore

idk how bad it looks from different angles in your case

but 17 was around the age when I started doing physiotherapy and it didnt really help

apparently posture correctors can make it worse when you stop using them by weakening the muscles that keep your posture, idk though haven't tried
