How to train lower body
I do bulgarian split squats and calf raises, but that's because I've got limited equipment (I'm not old enough to go to a gym).

if your joints are suffering from lifting you're doing it wrong.

but the same could be said for upper body, you can fuck up your elbows for life as well.

You'll plateau extremely quickly with 30kgs, assuming you even make any gains. 30kg is wayy too light for squats to make any realistic gains

Also for legs glutes/hamstrings/calves are far more important for that athletic/aesthetic look that girls prefer. The reason why most people clown training legs is because dumb gymcels spam quads and end up looking like a frog

no not really increase reps and go to 50+ reps. depth of squats and intensity. you'll do fine for at least a year+ doing that. consistency alone will build muscle look at ronaldo and his workouts.

It’s simple, just follow a plyometrics program then move up to weighted plyometrics and include a sprinting routine, your legs will get so much more athletic.
