Even for the minority of white supremacists that aren’t your avarage skinhead or incel, the ones that are highly educated, good looking, and are not led to the right wing through some form of coping mechanism (and this is a small minority):

I still despise their views and think they are the most vile of all. Especially the smart ones, the highly educated ones, they are the most dangerous.

Fascism comes to exist when capitalism fails in delivering equality to the everyday man, and it only ends up creating more inequality, economically, socially and politically, for the everyday man.

Which is possible (since anything is possible), but it does not mean that said 47%-66% of individuals are funded by the government, that'd be a huge logical jump, but it's up to you if you iterated it that way.

Although the establishment tend to allow fascism to rise since they dont take action against it. in germany before ww2, the only group that truly resisted the nazis during their rise to power was the rot kämpförbund. While the other non nazi political establishment didn’t do anything
