When you’re looksmaxing you have to realize the top surgeons only specialize in one area. Use the right one for each and you can ascend unless you’re actually deformed

it’s dumb to expect every surgeon to be an expert in every part of the face. The surgeon I’m rotating with is an expert at jaw surgeries but he does rhino. I’ve seen him admit to residents while I was there that he just does the rhino to make more money for the practice and his true expertise is jaw surgery

eppley is red flag because he does every fucking procedure since he can promise incel->chad to everyone he does. That’s some fucking bullshit, if you’re gonna get surgery then seek out the best in every field because the face is fucking complicated

Also the biggest secret in surgery that you will never hear on this site: the best surgeons are the ones affiliated with top academic institutions that you’ve never heard about. Might make a post on this because it would be the most helpful thing people on here read.

All these fuckos that you read about like Eppley and Yaremchuk aren’t even the best surgeons, they just market the shit out of themselves and then get PSL autists to spread shit about them. The best surgeons are the ones at top academic institutions that often do reconstructive surgery on people with Crouzon’s, burn victims, etc.

If you know exactly what surgeries you need (which you should before letting someone cut your fucking face in half) then going to these surgeons is a better bet than name brand fucks who market a lot but don’t know shit about actual facial aesthetics.

Eppley and yaremchuk arent BAD but they know psl autism and will perform surgery on normal patients unlike those top surgeons who only perform on patients with deformities and other diseases. Plus eppley and yaremchuk do implants as well specifically for cosmetic reasons where most other plastic surgeons only do it for trauma or diseases

eppley & yaremchuk are the BEST for implants/custom implants currently. imho eppley is better since he allow patients to involve design sessions.
