Nicotine has it's benefits, it's great for weight loss because of it's hormonal and appetite suppressing properties and is a neural stimulant Vaping is just the gayest, worst way to get it. Unlike smoking a cigarette it feels fucking horrible. Chemicals in nature (like the nic in tobacco, or the caffeine in coffee beans) come in a package with all sorts of alkaloids and other shit that often enhances the chemicals good effects and reduces the unpleasant ones. I've never understood just isolating the chemical and taking it like that (vaping, energy drinks)

I've tried cigarettes, cigars, and vaping. They do not feel the same and vaping is definitely the worst of the three. Unlike smoking a cigarette which gives me relaxation and a light buzz for the next 20-30 minutes a few geek hits make me light headed, nauseous, and give me a headache with an extremely intense 30 second buzz. But we're all different, if you wanna keep doing it I'm not gonna stop you I just think it's inferior
