the gym isn’t too bad sometimes I go there…

but, the people are outrageous Jfl I asked a guy how many sets he has and he said 14

some guy was doing quad workout with pullup assist machine

I have seen that before, very lame. I assume you mean this machine:

TBH, it is also lame that an adult male would need an assist to do dips or pullups.

The planet fitness business model works well in small homogeneous/high net worth markets like where I live. But in large diverse markets it ends up being the low cost gym, and thus it becomes the default gym for all the poor rif raf in the area.
