It’s not mutually exclusive though. It only takes 7 and a half hours a week in the gym to completely optimize muscle growth. That’s why you are indeed a loser if it’s all you have going for you, cause you’re still spending the other 160 hours rotting

What he is saying is the typical red pill nonsense that doesn't even work in the real world.

Women don't want men who are "on their mission", women want men who are good looking and who have a high amount of self worth.

Lifting weights regularly and building muscle shows that you take care of yourself, that you can be consistent and hard working for a long period of time on something that requires a lot of patience and that isn't instant gratification, and it makes you into a much better looking man. It also improves self worth and self esteem far more than anything else.

The main reason why red pill gurus don't tell you the truth about the value of gymmaxxing is because they want to sell you more bullshit programs and online coaching to scam you and prevent you from actually getting laid so you can keep coming back to them for advice, and getting scammed more and more in the process.

Women don't really care about how much you earn unless your goal is to be a beta bucks.

Women care far more about how masculine you look, which is determined mostly by your physique but also your face (especially the jaw).

And I say all this as someone who has believed in the blue pill, and the red pill at some point and who has watched hundreds if not thousands of videos on the topic, so I know what I am taking about. Those gurus are lying through their teeth to make as much money as possible, just like the fake natties who sell bullshit programs and lie about their drug use to make money. It's easier to scam than to make money legally.
