JFL at surgery

JFL if you ever get surgery. Only valid one is canthoplasty and rhino but other than that any implants will make you look fucking disgusting. The only argument is that it may look good for 3+ years and maybe a little more if you get the right material but later it will be intolerable and you will want to get it ripped out. and dont even get me started on the risk of being botched.
Also, everyone who gets surgery has some kind of unnatural glow to them, not that kind of natural glow genetics have iykwim

i wont get surgery but I cant even comprehend why people would unless your underdeveloped and have a breathing problem or some sort of issue which then I see why. but not for aesthetic purposes. the bone reabsorption will be brutal down the road and who knows what youll look like. theres a chance it will look even worse.
