A "true" truecel is a deformed or extremely short person that won't ascend no matter what he does, because his deformity will keep pulling his smv to the ground and making his efforts in vain. Even though it's over for both truecels and low-tier-normies(excluding some rare oofy doofies), there's still a great gap between their psl and LTN's can improve their psl. Unlike truecels, a LTN with high effort can reach MTN, it won't be easy but it's possible.
HTN'S and MTN's can ascend by ntmaxxing, low-inhibmaxxing and geomaxxing, they can also improve their psl with softmaxxes such as skincare, leanmaxxing, acne treatment. As for a ltn, softmaxxes does little to no difference, in fact, they'll only ascend through hardmaxxes/surgeries like hair transplant, LL, bimax, trimax, rhino etc. But even so, many LTN's here have potential to reach HTN or even chadlite if they have the $ for (or will to moneymaxx to afford) the surgeries (blacks and curries not included, no surgery for your race).
