Do i just increase my potassium intake at home to something rlly high? Cuz this shit meals at school are bloating me to oblivion. Dont even know what to do anymore
 
Salt is good. Just consume more potassium rather than decreasing salt intake.
 
meal prep nigga, that way you can track your cals more accurately as well

Any foods or supplements with high potassium you recommend?
I used to take half a teaspoon worth of potassium chloride and mix it in water. It worked wondrously. Don't really need it now. You can eat potatoes, and bananas, or drink milk.

Bananas and potatoes used to be enough, but now my sodium intake skyrocket cuz of this
I searched about the potassium chloride and it said half a teaspoon is only 400mg?
 
sodium is peaty therefore increasing the metabolic rate. Just consume more potassium, magnesium and calcium. These 3 micronutrients help you debloat.

You don’t have to take it equal to the sodium you consume.
