Jfl at this chin implant result, normies are clueless about surgerymaxing

He managed to figure out that his chin was too small, not bad for a normie tbh but then he proceeds to undergo the wrong surgery. He still looks slightly better but a genio would have been 10x better in his case. It looks to pointy now. I found it on a Swedish clinic's website. He just spent 3.5k on something that probably had negligible effects irl on his attractiveness, that money would be better spent on an eyebrow transplant for his cuck eyebrows and then he could have gotten a genio if he just did his research.

I agree sliding genioplasty is a better option, but I must admit that is a pretty good result for a 3.5k chin implant. He looks much better now IMO

The reason chin implant is inferior to sliding genio is because they typically cannot provide any vertical projection which thus results in a deep labiomental fold and the uncanniness typically seen with aggressively projected implants. If you get a custom jawline implant (to add vertical projection thus shallowing the fold) or inject filler or fat into the fold then the result can be great.

Apart from the vertical lengthening effect there is no advantage to doing the sliding genio given the longer recovery time and potential for disjointed transition in bone from jaw to chin that may result.

Only on the cheekbones would I ever get implants, since there's no other way to bring zygo's forward. Also because they tend to look more natural than on other places of the face.

Not really, his result is good IMO.

A genioplasty wouldn't have been better, probably worse. He'd have step-off and unlikely to get the same mm in projection.

What he needs is DJS by the looks of things.

I don't think you really understand. If you have a 11mm class 2, then your chin would be nowhere near as good as that guy in the picture. You would be truecel with that degree of malocclusion, which judging by your bitterness to a fellow looksmaxxer, I would assume you indeed are a truecel subhuman abomination. You have my condolences. my jaw is indeed better than that recessed subhuman in the op's picture. it is testament to his recession that i, an overbite cel indeed have better looking jaw than him.
i assume you don't know how class ii malocclusion works. you don't have to have micrognathism to have a severe overbite. your upper jaw could be way more developed or your bottom jaw could be slight recessed and upper too developed. There are many variations to the skeletal discrepancy than just having a shit jaw.
