Ukrainian losses are approximately 20 000-25 000 KIA, as i can judge.

I can tell you losses from my area, from 1500 people in the army from my disctrict, arond 400 are fighting on the frontline and around 25-30 of them were killed, that's by 11 months of war, among people i know noone has been even wounded let alone killed

And, yeah don't forget that russians lost a few hundred soldiers at new year's eve in a few seconds.
