Here’s my personal style opinion for you, as a producer myself… you were in military. Let go of that mindset with the hair and being organized and put together. You need more effortlessness. Look at models in Los Angeles, New York. Look at their hair. Look at yours and really let that go where it needs to go. The hair cut you have I don’t think is working. Your brows are good, good space between them and your eyes. Lose the shades and show your eyes and don’t let them fall flat. Your body frame looks good. I would re-examine your style overall. Look at how other pro models dress and don’t try and act your age because you want to show a range of ability to model clothes. Fulfill whatever age you want to be, whether 20 or 45 in your style.
