If by decent physique you mean muscle mass sure

But not all of them will have the desirable muscle insertions, wide clavicles, and narrow waist/hip bone.

Yeah, I was referring to muscle mass. I should have prefaced that from the start. Obviously, there is a genetic component to having an aesthetic physique, but what I meant was that you have muscle, and people can tell you work out.
