I haven't been to that part of Brazil, but a Brazilian friend (from SP) went there and said it was very easy there.
The easiest part of Brazil is North - Belem and Manaus are the biggest and most known cities there.
If you focus on gaming, you can EASILY have more than 1 lay per day there with random girls. Dont need to pipeline, dont need great looks, great logistic or even great game. Girls are extremely open and the rule there is ONS. And if you're lucky to be good looking, girls will approach a lot, anywhere, anytime.
Downsides of Northern cities:
- Packed with 4s to 6s. Difficult to meet a 7+ there. At least they tend to be skinny, not fatty.
- Logistics to get there. Basically cities in the middle of the jungle, virtually impossible to go by car or bus, flights from Rio or Sao Paulo takes more than 4 hours to get there.
- Hot as hell during the whole year.
- Not too much to do regarding tourism.
