it becomes "slop" when it gets regurgitated constantly - it doesn't mean it's bad though. if you're spending a lot of time with "friends" who don't push you to do anything that'd give you motivation to improve yourself, then you should cut them out. or you're spending all your time scrolling and swiping away, then deleting social medias is a good solution
