Salt, I recommend you buy it. It tastes really nice when mixed with water. I typically recommend 50g of it in water but 25g is a good starting point for a beginner such as yourself.

Well so far this is a subtle lockdown. I personally feel the same like always and there's no shortage of anything as of yet.

I have no place to keep provisions for the future so whatever were to happen in the future I can just let it be lmao.

I just stored the food as one would but after a few months all the rice and other carbs got infected by some type of insect.

Fact is unless you buy food specifically packaged/designed to be stored for long periods of time your food will spoil regardless of what the expiration date says.
