I was one of the first out of my friend groups to start going to the gym at age 17, had some people playing sports who would do drills and whatnot, fast forward 3 years now literally every one of my friends except for 1 goes to the gym. This includes hardcore stemcels like CS and engineering Asians, the gym is oversaturated as fuck, having a 1-2 year intermediate physique doesnt cut it anymore you need to be blessed with a mogger skeletal frame and muscle building genetics (or roids) to actually stand out nowadays.

Inflation hitting everywhere, everyday you see 14/15 year old zoomers getting perms, curls and fringe haircuts, starting gym early and even doing SARMs

Nobody is gonna actually get the body halo , most zoomers are not consistent enough, dont know how to train , diet , and the people that do know how to train and go to the gym , for them most have shitty frames , bad muscle insertions to even look good . The only people that are gonna win is if someone with chad bone structure roids and ascends

Yep same case for people I knew too, I wonder if it will ever reach a point where everyone is getting surgeries and then you need to have them done for a baseline.

The fact is that every zoomer is trying to gym-maxx. Even if 30% of them take it seriously, that's 30% of the population with lean and female gaze-maxxed physiques. Those consistent 30% are likely to be moggers because the ppl with above-average genetics getting results will feel more encouraged to keep going.

Also, the information out there is way more extensive now than it was 10 years ago. From nutrition and programming to diet, sleep, stretching, mobility and recovery.

Tbh it's the same trend for all soft-maxxes. Most normies know all that we do about hair, skin, style and height. It's not esoteric knowledge for a niche group of autists anymore. Or rather, everyone is becoming a self-obsessed autist because of tiktok, hypergamy and social media in general.

Most of the dudes in my uni gym don't look like they lift and look dyel like me even tho i just started gym, are manelts, or are bloated bulkmazxxers

As much as this is true, I don't see that many physique moggers walking around irl
Half of all the zoomer normies I know are into gymceling, and at my gym there are a lot of physique moggers. I'm sure a lot are on roids, but it's a huge gym and there are a lot of good bodies
Yet outside of the gym I see almost nobody that's visibly muscular with a shirt on

Being physically fit has been the minimum standard for well over a decade. A lot of women say they don't care if a guy goes to the gym or not because every guy they've ever slept with has been <10% bodyfat and 6'11"

I estimate >90% of males under 40 train in the gym at least 5 days per week and have at least one physically active hobby like a martial art or group physical activity like rock climbing, trail running, cycling, swimming or surfing if by the beach etc. and seasonal shit like skiing. There are football fields and cricket pitches everywhere, sports complexes with basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball etc. People play different team sports all year round depending on the season, tens of thousands of people run in marathons and triathalons, and every gym is full of people who compete in powerlifting and all of the divisions of bodybuilding. I don't know one single male who doesn't work out or do something physically active, literally not even one. Even the overwhelming majority of male Patients are jacked and that's a far larger sample size.

Most Selfimprovementcels are utterly forgettable losers who live mundane and insignificant lives.
Their RedPill hugbox keeps them in a constant state of cognitive dissonance where they believe themselves to be simultaneously inferior and superior to everyone around them, but with an extra unearned level of moral snobbishness. Just like Stacey can walk through the city and not notice anyone below a PSL8, self-improvementcels will go about their day getting mogged left right and centre and the only people they will notice and remember are the people they mog, people who tend to be in the bottom 10% of everything. This is who Hamza talks about when he shits on "the average male" he's talking about the fat 35yo balding janitor he saw cleaning the toilets in McDonalds or the heroin addict doing community service picking up trash in the park, not an actual 'normie' - aka the mechanic who fixes his car, the accountant who does his taxes, the owner of the gym he goes to etc.
The goalposts shift if you bring this up and these normies become "blue-pilled cucks" and their life achievments no longer count.

I have a bit of a population bias in that I live in a very very white coastal city and beaches are packed 75% of the year so most people are fit in comparison to some inner-city ghetto where everyone lives off McDonalds and the only exercise they get is running from the cops.
