Bodybuilding is only good for building an AESTHETIC physique, not a functional one. If you think gymcelling makes you tougher and helps you win fights you are completely clueless, not only does it make you slower but also completely tanks your cardio, extra muscle tissue is metabolically EXPENSIVE. Your heart has to supply oxygen to every single fibre


JFL look at how slow and stiff he is, any decent lightweight would handle him in seconds without a doubt.

Eddie Hall, literally the World's "Strongest" Man, has been sparring pro boxers to prepare for a potential fight with Tommy Fury, and the footage speaks for itself. He is stiff, telegraphed, and getting picked apart by professionals who would be giving up 100+ lbs. Raw power means almost nothing when you can't land it. A decent lightweight with real technique would make him look like a statue.

It may be indicitive to mating behaviour, but our ancestors never had gyms or specialised equipment/nutrition to completely fill out the human body's frame with muscle, let alone with steroids. A tribesperson would seem skinny compared to even a natural bodybuilder
