Yeah, just megadose liver.Isn't vitamin A supposed to be better for skin?
Is it 100% legit and how many tablets do you take a day, if it improves curry skin then I'm ready to take a chanceI’m a curry as well so imagine how much non-ethnic skin would improveView attachment 59712
Biotin and vitamins A and E are important as well. Your diet should provide you with enough vitamin C, it’s in most fruit and veg after all. The Ordinary is a skincare brand that has vitamin C solutions and L-ascorbic powder as well as retinol (vit A). Saved and repped ( before you deleted ), i will certainly try if retin a will not produce good enough results in few months.(Deleted)
Exfoliation should help get rid of dead skin cells and excess sebum that causes spots. Salicylic acid is supposed to be good for spots and acne but there are quite a few exfoliant options like glycolic acid. Diet and hydration are key too, there is only so much you can do with topical applications. Get plenty of the nutrients I mentioned above but go easy on the vitamin A because you can have too much of it.What would you prefer for me, i suffer from pimple breakouts, i barely get acne
Every skin care routine I try gives me breakouts, i only use a facial scrub twice a week. I used to use an anti-aging cream along with a pimple clearing cream but that just caused breakouts. Do you have a skincare routine?
I’m not familiar with that brand but moisturising is the most important thing, as well as exfoliation. Add a moisturiser to your routine and use it after cleansing or exfoliation to rehydrate the skin and nourish it. Perhaps your skin is overproducing sebum because you are stripping too much of it away with cleansing but don’t quote me on that lol. I can recommend Bulldog Skincare or The Ordinary (more advanced) if they are available where you are. There are other good ones that I have not used before.Every skin care routine I try gives me breakouts, i only use a facial scrub twice a week.
