tretinoin for sensitive skin

can i use tretinoin if i have sensitive and dry skin (atopic dermatitis)? i still want to use tretinoin because i want a clear skin, i would use it if i had a specific gentle cleanser and a very moisturizing cream (such as korean skincare care etc…) but i can only find something in my town’s pharmacy because my father doesn’t want me to buy stuff, he says it’s because of them that i have bad skin. i can find something in my town’s pharmacy but not specific items like korean skincare. my father says it’s because of that stuff, is it still good to find anything in the pharmacy ? i feel like shit, i’m suffering so bad and crying everyday trying to give my best and improve but there’s always someone that doesn’t let me and doesn’t understand how much ti afflicts me to the point to want to kill myself, and also i can’t buy them myself beacause i am a minor and don’t receive any money, am trying to find some way to make money tho to resolve ts

i think that would be even worse, with tretinoin i should theoretically have a little purge state but with accurate i think i would even bleed and surely my parents would force me to stop or go to the doctor and in italy its illegal without consulting the doctor, i think he would definitely say no, i’m getting tretinoih from indiamart tho and my father doesn’t know anything

alr, should i maybe not use a clenser but only water? or maybe just not use it in the night when i put tretinoin on but the morning yes? also i wake up at 5 am for school and i would probably use it at that time, and in the night like at 21/22 pm, is that enough? would it cause some problems do u have any advice

if you have a gentle cleanser it shouldnt be a problem, apply the tret only at night and wear sunscreen everytime you go out,

it has good effects when applied for 7-8 hours, i had no little to no purging so wont be that bad and saw good results after 8 weeks

alr, if i have little hyperpigmentation and want to buy hq ill have to stop tret? and since its not permanent ill have a little acne again?

no you dont need to stop, do tret and hq on seperate days and if your skin handels it well you can try to apply both in one night but apply with 20-30min distance

Microdosing if on oral retinoids over a very long period of time can work very well too.

do tret every day if your skin reacts bad to it use it eod, moisturizer daily
